These are the baby bootays (sorry, slippers) I'm making for Michelle from Bought Ledger's baby using Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino DK. I overthought the colour and I'm making two pairs once I knew she was having a girl. My workmate, Emma's got the best end of the deal, she's making the cardi. She decided she wanted to make it in white, so we went to Liberty's and bought two sets of buttons in the colours of the slippers and are going to alternate them down the front to make them co-ordinate. I'm not looking forward to the making up process - I'm great with fabric, not much practice or patience with knits, especially baby sized ones.
